Nice restaurant located inside the beautiful building the Mercat de Colón. Quite a large and spacious place, the interior is simple.
The quality of the dishes was somewhat inconsistent. I loved their starter XXL ̈Rafa López ̈ anchovies, one of the best varieties of this tapas I have eaten. Very good Torrija as well. But other dishes were quite ordinary. The vegetables were generally very overcooked, and It looked like a cooking mistake, I don’t think that was intended.
Also disappointing service with little to no introductions for the dishes.
Not what you expect from this type of restaurant.

We had a celebratory 1st wedding anniversary meal and it really surprised us by how amazing the food and service was! We went for the tasting menu - 5 starters, main and dessert, the value of this menu is really good as there was so much food and every dish was a culinary flavour festival… the service was so good as well, so attentive, pleasant and they accommodated my dietary needs for some dishes as I am 7 months pregnant. 100% recommend - we tried the other place by Ricard Camarena in Mercado Central which is more casual and it didn’t disappoint either!

Amazing food and amazing service. We had the anchovies, eggplant and courgette flowers for starters which were all delicious. And tuna and monkfish for mains, which I can also recommend! For dessert definitely try their crème caramel, it’s very good. All in all, lovely atmosphere, delicious food and very friendly staff ?

Fuimos un grupo de 6 personas y todo fue estupendo. La comida es de muchísima calidad, estaba todo buenísimo. El pan con aceite, la ensalada de zanahorias, las carnes... Todo estaba espectacular.
El servicio también fue muy bueno, siempre atentos y muy amables. Comenté que soy celíaco y no hubo ningún problema en adaptar los platos u ofrecerme alternativas.
En definitiva, es un restaurante de calidad, aunque es un poco caro, muy bien para ocasiones especiales. Volveré sin duda!

Nearing the end of this trip and time to dine with master chef, Ricard Camarena, at his Habitual restaurant. Two Michelin stars and #7 in the world for their way with plant-based creations. All I can say is, WOW! We dined in the kitchen and watching the culinary staff prepare these creations was entertaining. With Linden across from me, she was also in view, bonus! Our wine was dreamy. They served an aperitif made with tomato and other things we couldn't put our fingers on. It was delish and all-new territory for our taste buds. Linden started with a tomato based dish. Again, like tomato never looked and tasted like this! I had monk fish cheeks served over piparra peppers to start. These peppers look like chili's but without the heat. I have no idea what the breading was on the monk fish but heavenly. Then Linden had an eggplant dish with hollandaise. Again, all new terrain. The hollandaise had been hit with a blow torch and the eggplant seemed more like a fish fillet in texture. I could be a vegetarian with this culinary sorcery. My Angus ribs had been slow roasted, then charred and deboned over some creamy potatoes and black pepper sauce. Like buttah! So much flavor. I almost cried when my plate was empty because I did not want it to end. Linden, a seldom-to-never beef eater, agreed. Then dessert. We shared what is billed on the menu as "probably" the best cream caramel anywhere. It was a constructed creation. In the center was caramel ice cream surrounded by custard and laced with caramel citrus sauce. A sugar cookie capped the dish. It is broken like the traditional scorched sugar topping to reveal the best cream caramel in the world! What a meal. Habitual could become a habit!

Great restaurant if you want to enjoy good food in a chill environment. The most impressive is the good service and definitely love the decoration as well.

The food is good, especially the solomillo (one of the best I’ve had in Valencia) and the bread! We even asked where they got the bread from ?

Other dishes are quite standard (I personally think it’s a bit pricey for the taste) which is good but not exceptional ? expected a bit more from a Michelin restaurant.

As for dessert, the torrija is definitely amazing ?

Siempre se come bien en cualquiera de los restaurantes de Ricard Camarena. Por eso tiene dos estrellas Michelin.
Habitual tiene una calidad excelente y sus platos de verduras están deliciosos. El menú es maravilloso. Sí o sí hay que pedir pan, es de los mejores que he probado.
